Maintenance Services

The Gold Plan*:

The Gold plan includes Support Desk, Email and Voice Support, Secure PC Remote Desktop (if your pc is capable, if not, additional charges will apply to make your pc’s remote ready), . You’ll also receive six (6) service calls per year. (One hour max for each call) Six emergency onsite calls per year – (One hour max per call), Annual maintenance checkup, which includes security patches and virus updates. (One hour per visit)

*A minimum of 6 pc’s is required for this service plan.


The Silver Plan*:

The Silver plan includes Support Desk, Email and Voice Support, Secure PC Remote Desktop (if your pc is capable, if not, additional charges will apply to make your pc’s remote ready), . You’ll also receive four (4) service calls per year. (One hour max for each call) Four emergency onsite calls per year – (One hour max per call), With one of the service calls includes annual maintenance checkup, which includes security patches and virus updates. (One hour per visit)

*A minimum of 4 pc’s is required for this service plan.


The Bronze Plan:

The Bronze plan is Strayer Communications basic computer maintenance plan. With this plan you’ll receive Support Desk, email and voice support. You’ll also receive two (2) service calls per year. (One hour max for each call) With annual maintenance checkup, including security patches and virus updates as one of these service calls. (One hour per visit)


The Custom Service Plan:

With this plan, Strayer Communications can custom fit to your IT needs to include servers, hubs/switches, routers, pc’s, and laptops.
